
You're sitting out on the terrace having a soda... or relaxing in front of the TV... but take note... this isn't a great idea if you want to succeed on your weight loss journey! A glass of refreshing water is just the ticket if you want to stay hydrated! Or why not opt for a delicious glass of freshly squeezed orange juice? And add a couple of ice cubes! If you just can't help it... limit yourself to one or two glasses of soda maximum per week. Alternatively: cut up a large kiwi and a nice apple, if possible yellow, mix them with sparkling water and add a few ice cubes. Then mix to liquefy! Serve in a pretty glass with a straw! Make it look amazing and it'll taste all the better! Inexpensive but so delicious! Don't drink more than 3 glasses per day, especially if you have already consumed fruit in the same day. We know it's good... but just be careful!
